At Auxiliary Business Development, our mission is to support the University of Utah in many functional and creative ways, including ensuring long-term viability through generating new revenue, building partnerships, and sharing messaging, all while protecting and elevating the U brand. We honor our role in furthering and sustaining the mission of the administration by supporting staff, faculty, students, visitors, and fans with the many products and services the auxiliary realm provides, fostering success and satisfaction in the ways of living, learning, working, and serving.

Our commitment to affordability and access supports every student's journey to success. Last year alone, we saved students over $2.0 million.

A Commitment to Health Sciences: Our Campus Store: Health provides specialized materials and resources tailored to our health sciences students, faculty, and researchers. Plus, they have their own Apple store inside.

In addition to providing helpful resources such as the campus shuttle system, SafeRide, campus bike shop, and a free UTA pass, did you know that Commuter Services gathers commuting information and conducts important research studies? Print and Mail provides products and services for over 730 customer organizations or individuals in the greater Salt Lake City, University of Utah, UHealth, & U Hospital communities!
On the surface, you may think Stadium, Arena, & Campus Event Services simply operate sports venues – but we do so much more for the campus community!
If you’re in need of help for an upcoming campus event, our campus event services team has your back. Services include equipment setup and takedown, audio/video, security, ticketing solutions, and equipment delivery. Delivery is available from 8am-8pm. Learn more about our offerings here.

Nestled into the south end zone is the newest addition to Rice-Eccles Stadium: the Ken Garff University Club. Opened in the fall of 2021, this upscale space features many amenities available for various uses including premier co-working spaces, exceptional food and drinks for any occasion, gameday activities, rentable spaces for private events, and much more. The UCard office has printed over 105,000 UCards since 2020.
Sunnyside Apartments currently provides housing for over 574 University of Utah staff members.
